Refund Policy

Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return, customers must receive the product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging. Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date and pay for the shipping cost to the Energie Cycle warehouse located in Las Vegas, NV. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition according to the policy, We will refuse a refund. If the returned products are in original condition according to the policy, we will agree to refund the paid amount.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns of stock merchandise must have prior written approval within 14 days and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Any special or made-to-order products are non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us directly.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not because of our error or any item that is returned over 7 days after delivery.

REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 21 DAYS TO PROCESS. 

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item please send us an email at sales@emp.vegas 

Mail your return to: 6585 Arville St Las Vegas Nevada US 89118. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. You are responsible for tracking 

Lithium batteries are generally safe and unlikely to fail, but only so long as there are no defects and the batteries are not damaged. When lithium batteries fail to operate safely or are damaged, they may present a fire and/or explosion hazard. It is your responsibility to double check and make sure your devices have necessary protection circuits.


When charging a Lithium battery pack, place the battery in a fireproof container. Always charge Lithium in an isolated area, away from any flammable materials. Ex: wood bench, carpet unattended. We are not responsible for any damages caused by Lithium we sell if proper safety measures are not applied or products are used improperly.
